Beth is a global marketing and communications consultant and strategy coach specialising in strategy development, planning and implementation based near Cambridge and London.

With over 20 years experience in professional services, finance, travel, hospitality, airline and education industries, Beth engages across sectors to deliver results driven strategies and plans.

 

Beth has held a range of senior in-house and consultancy roles leading and managing global matrix teams, partnerships and agencies for companies including Hilton Hotels, Kaplan Inc, BPP, GCI Consultancy, British Airways and Budget Rent a Car. Experience and understanding of complex business structures enables Beth to support a broad range of client structures utilising leadership, stakeholder management, process development and project management expertise.

 

Beth has a breadth of experience and understanding across the marketing mix delivering multi-market, segmented, international and UK B2B and B2C acquisition and retention marketing; integrated campaigns; corporate communications; PR; brand strategy and business strategy development, which positions her to transition and support large scale or niche projects.

As Director of Resorts, Hilton Hotels, Beth developed and implemented multi-branded global product, operational, business development and B2C/B2B marketing activity increasing growth year-on-year by 9.7% and exceeding all KPIs.

 

Integrated, holistic, marketing for big picture and tactical laser focus effectiveness

At BPP, Beth introduced strategic planning and implementation of integrated, digital and offline omnichannel campaigns and established marketing, CRM and customer lifecycle management process to deliver acquisition and retention for 50 campaigns and 30 products across six sectors exceeding lead target by 10%.

 

Using insights to seek opportunities and solutions for customers and business operations

Beth delivered an international, annual strategy development project for Kaplan Introducing insight-driven strategy and customer lifecycle alignment, centralised CIG process, production system to reduce costs and increase efficiency, synchronized brand and campaign messaging and team collaboration.
