Helen is an experienced marketeer and commercial executive and has a strong track record with many national and international brands to develop, manage and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.

Helen has held various senior level marketing positions with consumer and entertainment companies including Britvic, Sara Lee, Wella GB and The Walt Disney Company. She brings significant strategy, marketing, and customer marketing, new product development and communication experience.

More recently, her role as a senior business consultant was to advise and facilitate strategy workshops for clients across a wide range of industries including finance, pharmaceuticals, retail and telecommunications.

Work at Disney

At Walt Disney, led marketing team of 50 in European HQ and European markets in the development and execution of multi-million dollar integrated marketing campaigns across 8 direct European markets and 14 indirect markets (licensee markets) to grow revenues to $1.1bn (2005).

Growth Management

Managed the launch of the GetSet for Growth programme in Solent, a business, marketing and finance support programme for SME’s. Have since engaged over 5,500 local businesses (ranging in size from start-ups to those with a turnover of £12m +), enrolled over 725 clients and have helped them raise over £3m in private investment. These results have been achieved through a focused marketing strategy, managing the customer journey, nurturing leads and optimising conversions.
