With more than 20 years’ managerial experience, supported by a solid practical background in manufacturing and engineering, Lorraine is an expert in applying Lean flow manufacturing with a rounded knowledge of the tools and techniques. She’s an accomplished facilitator and pragmatic leader, delivering high team performance, sustainable growth, tangible change and outstanding results through engaging with all levels of the company, developing achievable targets and measures to sustain.
Lorraines’s History and Strengths:
Lorraine’s experience lies mostly in working with local and national businesses (SMEs and large organisations) on a project basis to improve performance and deliver against agreed targets. She provides senior team coaching / development and develops management roles.
She has exceptional planning and forecasting skills, and is an effective manager, coach and team builder with exceptional interpersonal skills. She is target and measures driven, delivering sustainable improvements while developing relationships at all levels.

Granta Processors – Grain and feed stuff (£3m turnover)
Lorraine was responsible for the identification of process improvement and efficiency opportunities to facilitate continuation on current site rather than relocation, while also improving manufacturing members processes mapping.
Parker Knoll – Furniture (£30m turnover) – Delivered on budget (£1m fitout) & On Time
Lorraine project managed a move to a new build. She was responsible for defining the site needs from the previous location, mapping out the processes and developing the structure around plans for the new build. The project also involved developing a new shop floor layout, and she managed the fit-out, contractors and budget and oversaw the building and project sign-off.
