Matt is a seasoned sales leader with over 20 years corporate sales experience assisting the growth of SME, PE backed and Blue-Chip sized businesses across the UK. He has worked in every business structure and is acutely aware of the growth challenges of every business.
In his corporate career, he led and managed successful sales teams across the UK and Europe in industries such as finance and leasing, insurance, affinity marketing, business finance, technology and business research, combining sales management expertise with aggressive multi-million personal and team sales targets.
Matt is a Master of the Institute of Sales Management.
Matt uses his experience to advise and coach business owners and leaders on sales matters from building high performance sales teams to implementing effective sales processes. He utilises his transferrable sales skills and enjoys every aspect of sales leading from the front and by example. Comfortable in any industry, as evidenced in recent years, Matt has achieved record growth with businesses in software, IT infrastructure and services, food and retail, finance, not for profit, cloud accounting, car leasing, engineering, healthcare, ID, manufacturing and mail.

Matt assisted a research not for profit by developing a stronger client proposition through identifying strengths and weaknesses, talking to existing clients, targeting specific companies and bringing on a record number of new clients in a short time to sustain growth.
Matt doubled business at a software development company by targeting sectors that required UK based software engineers in markets such as education, defence, homeland security and technology working closely with the business owner.
