Tony has 39 years sales experience in a wide range of roles, including senior management and board director level roles. He has been successful in many companies, from corporates to SMEs.

His specialisms are in Leadership and Business Management, Sales and Commercial Development. Tony has a wealth of experience working in Engineering, Technology and Construction amongst many other sectors. Tony achieves great results through a mix of consulting, facilitation, training plus one to one mentoring and coaching.

Tony has also worked with clients in a range of other sectors too, including FMCG; Retail; Oil; IT and many more. All underpinned by a 17 year career in sales with Barclaycard; Visa and Company Barclaycard in a number of commercial, senior management and sales roles. Thus gaining a vast amount of sales and commercial/project management experience that he brings to the table for clients.

An accomplished hands-on business strategist, trainer and one-to-one coach, Tony is comfortable working from ‘top floor to shop floor’ and believes in empowering people to create their own success – whether managing their teams or their clients.

Previously as an Interim Head of Sales for a fast growing tools business (Screwfix spinout), Tony headed up a team of 30 Staff and Managers – achieving stunning growth through the implementation of a business change programme (£7m to £12m in 2 years).

Tony is an accredited and qualified Nobel Prize nominated Judgement Index™ assessor and facilitator, which measures people’s capacity for good judgement.

Tony believes in common sense and a practical approach – keeping things simple and real world in support of the theory. This translates into all that he does in his business activities – gaining commitment to behavioural change and increased sales.

Married with five grown up children and two grandchildren (plus Duke the dog) – life is very busy. In his spare time, he loves to enjoy the family; keep fit with circuit training and dog walks. And is also (nut & bolt) rebuilding a Triumph Stag classic car.
